Scripture Readings

” I would rather lay my soul asoak in half a dozen verses [of the Bible] all day than rinse my hand in several chapters.”   Charles Haddon Spurgeon

I pray that you will be spending time listening to God!

We must continually feed on the WORD of GOD.  It is alive and active and sharper than any two edged sword.  It is our nourishment, our daily bread.  We hope that you are consistently in His Word.  Please share with someone what God is showing you in His Word.  Remember 2 Timothy 3:16-17, Hebrews 10:24-25 and so many more.   Consider memorizing verses that you are reading!  Psalm 119:11  “I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.”

Currently I am going through the Lent readings I found below.  Enjoy thoughts of our Lord as we see His last days before the cross.
